Below are forms that parents will be required to fill out at our parent orientation to abide by licensing regulations. We look forward to working with you!
Daily Schedule
with Price Options
1. Our 5 Day Schedule is offered for $1500 per month and is our highly recommended option because it offers the greatest value to your child. For toddlers (24-36 months), it is $1700.

2. Our 4 Day Schedule is offered for $1400 per month. Depending on the days chosen, certain subjects will be offered for less time. *Space is limited for this option.

3. Our 3 Day Schedule is offered for $1300 per month. Depending on the days chosen, certain subjects will be offered for less time. *Space is limited for this option.
